When comparing prices, be sure to compare inspectors based upon the following qualifications.

You won't know who you're getting unless you ask, & an expert will be happy to answer your questions.

The less qualified will squirm.

Remember to ask:

1. Do you have at least 20 years construction experience?
2. Do you have at least 10 years inspection experience?
3. Are you a code certified plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and building inspector?
4. Are you a member of ASHI?
